Our menu is inspired by Spanish style tapas, with a little Italian and French influence tossed in for added flair. Applying both new and traditional techniques to our dishes, our chefs insist on using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Our kitchen’s focus is to produce delicious and approachable food that is fun for our guests to savor and share. Our open kitchen concept, in the heart of the restaurant, allows guests to watch the action happen and see their food as it is being prepared with pride by our chefs. 

Our Head Chef

Chef Graydon Gliege grew up right here in Kelowna, and truly appreciates the bountiful Okanagan. Trained in the Culinary Arts at Okanagan College, he has a diverse background having worked in many establishments in Kelowna and the surrounding area. A background in Italian, French and West Coast cuisine, it is the blend of these styles mixed with local seasonality that makes our dishes at Xchange unique.
